This is a simple feature for sure but a bit of a time saver on the fly. It's a quick way to replace a plugin you may be simply testing. Support me for as little as $1 on my Patreon Site! This is a feature that makes me ask why this hasn't always been a feature. Being able to create a rendering of a track's FX channel AND being able to undo it at any time is huge for the way I work with mixing and sending tracks to other producers. Soloing without totally muting the other tracks is a nice addition to the mixing process. You have different levels you can choose to adjust the focus of the soloed tracks. I had to dig an older interface out that had a loopback option so that I could record my music from studio one along with my voice in the videos for OBS

I have missed singing for so many years and had pretty much given up songwriting at one point. But lately, I feel the urge to get something out of this crazy voice I have and see if I can do some constructive songwriting with what I have left.

As I start to sell items in my studio and figure out a future set up, I have set up a PC configuration for the people I support and may go this route for my final set up for my Mac system. It would be a serious downsizing, but something I am seriously looking at.

Here's a video that answers the questions I get about how I make my videos and whether I edit anything afterward. You'd be surprised; I do most of my videos in real time, with no editing.
